My name is Mary Eloise Bloomfield. I was named after my grandmother, and she was named after her mother and so on. There are some things I like about my name and there are some things I dislike. The thing I dislike about my name is that it is a very old name and that most people you meet that’s name is Mary are elderly people. I dislike my last name because it is my fathers last name and that is the only connection I have with him, and I wish to have no connection. The one thing I do like about the name Mary is that it is an uncommon name for girls my age to have.

The person who named me was my mother. Her name is Mary as well but she is not a Mary Eloise. My mom not only named me she has been and done everything for me. My mom and I look just alike. We not only look alike but we pretty much act, talk, and think alike. My mother is always there for me no matter what. So the last reason I would say that I like my name is because it is my moms name. I want to be just like my mom when I get older. My mom is my life and she is my hero.
